The Town of Winneconne, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, The Town will accept Proposals for the construction of a new garage for the Town to include all aspects associated with design and construction.

At a minimum, the new garage for the Town will be approximately 39 feet by 75 feet, include two overhead doors with automatic openers, one service door and two windows (1 foot by 2 feet on each side thereof. The new garage will have a concrete floor with a center drain. The new garage will have a furnace (or other heat source), electric overhead lights and electric wall outlets, plumbing, 4 steel walls and a steel roof.
